All orders ship within 1-3 business days via Canada Post, unless otherwise notified. Feel free to contact our team for expedited processing. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Items may periodically be backordered. In the event of a backordered item, you will be notified via email. Due to the delicate nature of the products, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.
