DUE TO COVID-19 AND THE HOLIDAYS, CANADA POST DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY SHIPPING DATES
All orders take 1-2 business days to be fulfilled from our studio. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
If you select "Standard Shipping", orders within Canada are delivered in approximately 10-21 business days. If there are Holidays over your order period, orders may take longer to be delivered.
Canada Post is experiencing delays due to COVID-19 and the Holidays and doing their best to meet all the deadlines, please keep that in mind.
Expedited Shipping are typically delivered in 2-7 business days within Canada, but due to COVID-19, there is no guarantee.
If you choose the standard Canada Post shipping option (not Expedited or Xpresspost), it does not come with a tracking number and we are not responsible for any lost or damaged orders by Canada Post.
We encourage you to consider using Expedited Shipping or Xpresspost Shipping options to ensure you have a tracking number.
Items may periodically be backordered. In the event of a backordered item, you will be notified via email.
Due to the delicate nature of the products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. Because every product is handmade, slight variations of shape, size and colour may occur.
Items that are on sale are final sale and sold as is. Some of the items may be display pieces and may have imperfections. Please be confident we will not sell the piece if there are any major issues! We want every bride to feel beautiful on her wedding day and will do our best to ensure the piece is in great condition.
If you would like to cancel an order before it's shipped from our studio, there will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from your refund.
